The Body Transformation Course is a Twelve Week Plan. As a client you will recieve be spoke training and nutrition plans created around your personal fitness goals, whether that be muscle gain or fat loss. You will also recieve my guidance throughout the weeks, through weekly check ins and my personal whatsapp to help assist you with anything that you may be struggling with and to ensure you are on track to achieving next level results.
Your nutrition targets will be set from week one to twelve. The program will contain details on what your calorie and macronutrient (fats, carbs & protein) targets will be throughout the weeks. I will also include example meal ideas that you can implement into your daily food intake to provide you with inspiration, or you can simply follow the meal plan provided and be on track as all of the example meals will be worked out to match the target calorie and macronutrients to the gram.
You will be assigned a tailor made workout plan that I will have created to suit your goals and needs. I will of course take into consideration any injuries that you may have, as this is an area that we would have to work around.
I will be inviting you to join my MyPTHub account, to create your very own profile. This is where all of your training programmes will be assigned, measurement/weight updates can be logged as well as progress pictures to be uploaded. The app is a free app for all of my clients and is a fantastic tool in order to track your performance in the gym as well as keep track with your physique transformation progress.
Each workout program will have a variation of exercises. If you are not familiar with some of the exercises provided, you will be able to watch a video on the app of a demonstration of the exercise…so you know exactly what you are meant to be doing or how the exercise is meant to look. Of course you can always ask me for help/advice if you do find yourself struggling to understand a particular movement.
