I have just finished a twelve week transformation with Lewis. I highly recommend Lewis if you are looking to loose weight and improve your fitness and nutrition.
I was unsure when I signed up to the plan as I felt like I wouldn't be able to achieve anything, I didn't think I had time to work out and I thought the nutrition side of things would be really hard.
I couldn't have been more wrong, Lewis tailors the plan to you and the workouts are achievable. I have eaten more than I ever have , it's just about the choices you make. 
The twelve weeks have gone really quickly and I have actually enjoyed the plan. As soon as you start seeing results it gives you the motivation to push harder and carry on. 
I completed the online plan with Lewis over the lockdown period , so I achieved the results without even stepping foot in a gym. I lost around 11kg throughout the 12 weeks , I feel so much more confident and happy with my body.

I have just completed the 12 week transformation package provided by @lewisstalleyfitness
Having just got back from a week away with the family when I started, I was maybe 3 or 4lbs heavier than my usual everyday weight. I then began by taking a picture of my body before I started then every Monday morning for 12 weeks. All pictures are exactly 1 week apart. In 12 weeks I lost 14lbs which is impressive in itself but the most impressive thing was the sheer scale of the changes to my body!

The workout plan provided was detailed yet easy to understand, and Lewis was on hand to answer any questions I may have had or tinker with it if I encountered any problems along the way. The nutrition guide provided was highly detailed, with daily macros issued. Although Lewis said I could operate an If It Fits Your Macros approach (which I ended up doing due to not really having time to prep too many meals) he also provided an example days eating to fit those specific macros everyday, for the whole 12 weeks. I often referred to this for inspiration when I actually had time and it was quick and easy to stick to. Lewis also kept an eye on what foods I had tracked in my fitness pal advising certain food stuffs which I could bulk my meals out with for reduced calories......this helped ALOT in the final 4 weeks!

Lewis was always available on WhatsApp if I needed him, and if I had no need to contact him I would still receive a weekly check in to see how things were going, what was good, what was bad about the week etc. It came across that he has a real passion and enthusiasm for his clients results! 

I would wholeheartedly recommend the 12 week transformation package, if you can stick to the plan, trust the process and don’t mind a bit of hard work then you will see incredible results!

I have just completed a 12 week online transformation plan with Lewis and I couldn’t recommend it enough. After having major knee surgery I was feeling a little chunky. Lewis personalised my work out plans so it was less strain on my joints and was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable to carrying out the exercises. Not only did the plan help me lose weight/ tone it also aided my rehabilitation. I am chuffed to say Lewis has helped my recovery as well as a bonus of losing 19lbs and 5 inches off my waist. "So I set myself a goal to achieve, and decided to ask Lewis for his help in the way of both a nutrition plan and PT sessions. And all I can say is it was worth every penny. I'm seeing results faster than I could hope for and surpassing every one of my expectations and only currently into week 5 of my nutritional plan out of 12. PT sessions are high intensity, and certainly opened my eyes to the level I should be aiming to achieve when training! And the nutrition plan is superb, the detail is great and well thought out. It helped me slowly understand my macro intake and how to adjust it accordingly to achieve my daily goals that Lewis set out, and Lewis has always quickly answered my questions if I'm stuck for what to eat, or if there is any foods to swap out to get higher volumes on those lower carb days. I now i understand properly what a "supplement" is for and when they become handy to add into your meal plan, rather than being essential! I'm now thoroughly enjoying my training and eating, and look forward to it all on a daily basis as part of my day. Really can't recommend him highly enough!"
