I have just completed the 12 week transformation package provided by @lewisstalleyfitness
Having just got back from a week away with the family when I started, I was maybe 3 or 4lbs heavier than my usual everyday weight. I then began by taking a picture of my body before I started then every Monday morning for 12 weeks. All pictures are exactly 1 week apart. In 12 weeks I lost 14lbs which is impressive in itself but the most impressive thing was the sheer scale of the changes to my body!
The workout plan provided was detailed yet easy to understand, and Lewis was on hand to answer any questions I may have had or tinker with it if I encountered any problems along the way. The nutrition guide provided was highly detailed, with daily macros issued. Although Lewis said I could operate an If It Fits Your Macros approach (which I ended up doing due to not really having time to prep too many meals) he also provided an example days eating to fit those specific macros everyday, for the whole 12 weeks. I often referred to this for inspiration when I actually had time and it was quick and easy to stick to. Lewis also kept an eye on what foods I had tracked in my fitness pal advising certain food stuffs which I could bulk my meals out with for reduced calories......this helped ALOT in the final 4 weeks!
Lewis was always available on WhatsApp if I needed him, and if I had no need to contact him I would still receive a weekly check in to see how things were going, what was good, what was bad about the week etc. It came across that he has a real passion and enthusiasm for his clients results!
I would wholeheartedly recommend the 12 week transformation package, if you can stick to the plan, trust the process and don’t mind a bit of hard work then you will see incredible results!
